About Community Wealth Partners of Greater Cleveland
Established in 2018, Community Wealth Partners of Greater Cleveland (CWPGC) is a nonprofit organization committed to creating pathways to economic opportunity, career advancement, entrepreneurship, and long-term community wealth.
Founded on the belief that strong communities are built when individuals have access to the right resources, relationships, training, and opportunities, CWPGC works to connect youth, young adults, entrepreneurs, and underserved communities with programs that can help them build sustainable futures.
Our work focuses on workforce development, youth and young-adult engagement, entrepreneurship and small-business development, career pathways, and community-based partnerships. Through education, mentorship, technical assistance, scholarships, workshops, and strategic collaborations, we help individuals move from opportunity to economic mobility.
A key area of our work is expanding access to careers and entrepreneurship within the beauty and barbering industries. We recognize these trades not only as career opportunities, but as pathways to business ownership, financial independence, and generational wealth.

Andrea Boyd is an accomplished Business Consultant with more than 15 years of experience, knowledge, and subject matter expertise in business development, strategic growth, community engagement, and creating pathways to economic opportunity.
In 2018, Andrea founded Community Wealth Partners of Greater Cleveland with a clear purpose: to provide small businesses and entrepreneurs with the tools, resources, connections, and strategic guidance needed to properly scale, grow, and build sustainable businesses.
With longevity and lasting impact at the forefront of her work, Andrea has steadily built a respected presence throughout Ohio. She understands that sustainable growth is not created through business development alone—it requires access, relationships, resources, and opportunity.
Annual Community Wealth Partners of Greater Cleveland x Polished Professionals Barbershop Toy & Gift GiveawayEach holiday season, Community Wealth Partners of Greater Cleveland (CWPGC) and Polished Professionals Barbershop come together to create a little holiday magic for families throughout the Greater Cleveland community.
Our Annual Toy & Gift Giveaway is truly a labor of love. Through the generosity of our community, local businesses, partners, friends, and supporters, we collect new toys and monetary donations to provide children with holiday gifts and families with food gift cards to help make their Christmas season a little brighter.Donations are collected annually from November 1 through December 12, bringing together people from across the community who share our commitment to giving back and supporting families during the holiday season.What began as an opportunity to help others has grown into one of the events we look forward to most each year.
The generosity extends far beyond the toys and gift cards—it represents neighbors helping neighbors, businesses investing in their communities, and people coming together to make sure families feel supported during a special time of year.The Annual Toy & Gift Giveaway is, without question, our biggest and most cherished community event of the year, and we are grateful to everyone who helps us make the magic happen.Giving with purpose.
